I am planning on attending the convention in July. I did not notice on the OHA website a schedule for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
I would like to know exactly what time meetings start, finish, what time the meals are and any other events so I can plan my days. I have never been to a convention and this would help tremendously.

I will do my best to answer your question. On the OHA website and Convention website, under “Convention Information Package”, you are informed that the seminars run from 1:30 -2:30 pm and 3-4 pm on Friday and Saturday. Bus Tours run from 1-4:30 pm approx.
The Friday night Dinner with Entertainment and Silent Auction runs 6-9 pm; the Banquet on Saturday runs approx. 6-9 or 9:30 pm.
Plenary sessions (when everyone meets to do business, hear reports, decide on issues, hear a special speaker, vote at the election, etc. are held Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Early bird draws are held from 8:30 am to 9 am every day to get people in place and then the Plenary session runs from 9-12 noon, with a break at 10:30 am. Lunch follows–and is done by 1:30 pm–those leaving on the bus eat faster so they can be ready. Breakfast usually runs 7 or 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
The final schedule will be available closer to July when everything has been firmed up. It will be posted on both sites and will be in your welcome bag and posted throughout the hotel.
Glad to hear that you are coming to Sudbury. Be sure to bring your trowel if you want to join in a little guerrilla gardening on Thursday night.
